What we do?
EGGFE is focused on serving people living in poverty by carrying out the following key services/activities in Tanzania:
- Engaging in manufacturing food products, especially High-Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF), to prevent post-harvest losses and leverage cassava production and marketing opportunities for smallholder farmers in Tanzania.
- Promoting Climate Adaption and Resilience Interventions in vulnerable districts of Tanzania.

Basic Statistics
1.
EGGFE Company registered in 2021, has created indirect jobs for 180 rural poor men and women through cassava-quality seed farming on 180 acres of land. Out of these 108 (60%) people were men and 72 (40%) were women.
2.
The Company established in the year 2021, between the years 2021 and 2022 has created indirect jobs for 160 rural poor men and women through cashew tree planting. Out of these 112 people are men and 48 are women.
3.
The Company has restored 160 hectares of land by planting 16,000 cashew trees.
4.
The current number of paying customers for cassava flour stands at 1,900 (1,080 males; 820 females).
